Cruise To The Prom 2009
Following the success of the 2008 Cruz To The Prom, Der Blitzen Sphinsters is planning next years event. **STOP PRESS** It will be held on Sunday 19th April, and this year we have confirmed camping etc.
Despite various rumours and updates being circulated, this event is still a one day event. The camping although being organised through the event does not make up part of event itself. The event will continue to be held in Weston Super Mare, not Brean.
In addition to this we also have an extreme sports show running along side us on the sea front on the Sunday. All subsequent pages on this site are last years and will be getting updated with all the information for next years Show.Following a large number of requests from the past 2 events we have arranged a venue for people to camp/rent vans etc the night prior to the event. Brean Leisure Park, South of Weston Super Mare and Unity Farm will be provide the location for both overnight camping etc, entertainment and the meeting point for the event on the Sunday. Watch this space as further details are finalised including booking details and band confirmation etc. Please do not try and pre-book yet as I am hoping to work out some sort of package including access to the Leisure Park etc for all those attending.
A list of vehicles to be invited to next years event will be published as soon as we can confirm space available. We want to include as many people who wish to take part as we can but unfortunately have space contraints that we have to work within.
