Club Stands

This year we have reserved one of the Beach Lawns specifically for Club Stands. Due to space constraints etc we are currently having to limit each stand to a maximum of 15 cars. All cars must be pre-registered for the event and have paid in advance.

As well as the show and shine that everyone is entered into (cars on club stands included) we are also holding a "Best Club Stand" contest, so we want to see you push the boat out and decorate/build your stand around a theme of some description. Prizes will be awarded to the Club Stand judged to stand out above the rest at 3pm at the DBS HQ Tent, along with the Show and Shine Prizegiving.

DBS will have a club stand, but are not eligible to win the prize.

As has been stated, each vehicle must be pre-registered and £5 per vehicle must be pre-paid prior to the event. Payment on the day is not available for this lawn. Proof of payment will be sent out before the event, if you do not have it with you on the day you will have to park on the main lawns. This is done to aid the marshalls and to help keep the flow of vehicles moving.

We want to know the club name, driver names, vehicles and registration numbers. I will then let you know where to send your money and then send you out your Club Stand Pack.

The closing date for registration is Friday April 9th.

So far, as well as Der Blitzen Sphincters, we have Wilts VW Club now fully paid up, as well as Bath Aircooled also paid up both of which have their full allocation of 25 spaces. Evvo have also paid up and will be getting a peice of the action! Now we've been joined by Toytown Dub Nutz. Kerbside Kustoms have paid up and are the latest mob to want to join us all. FUN DUBBIN KRIMINALS are coming to add some more chaos to the events, Nice one guys! First come, first served on the final space.
